C Martinez Cleaners at 108 West Main Street, Crowley, Texas.

I have used Martinez cleaners for the last several years. I had never had a problem until I took a ski jacket to them to have cleaned. The jacket was at least 10 years old has been cleaned frequently. They ruined it! It litteraly stands on it's own now and is a crumbled mess, but for me that wasn't even the worse part. It took me nearly 8 weeks and 4 trips demanding my jacket for it to even be returned to me. On one of my trips the super nice employee gave me the owners phone number. I tried calling him 2x and he never returned my call. The employee also asked him to call me. He never did. When I asked her how they were going to make it right, I was told that only the owner could do that. I told her that since he's not returned any calls so far, my guess was he had no intention of doing so. She asked me what I was going to do with it since it's obviously unwearable? I told her "I'm not after a new jacket. I love this jacket and don't want a new one. I'm probably going to take it to Gunn's Restoration and see if they can fix it." The employee told me when I left that she knew she'd never see me again and just wanted me to know how much she appreciated me over the years. So sad that the owner just didn't want to even try to make it right and instead chose to severe our relationship.
